Shipping Policy​

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Shipping times vary based on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Free Shipping

  • U.S. Orders: Free shipping is available for orders over $49.99.

  • International Orders: Free global shipping is available for purchases of $179.99 or more. 

Shipping Costs

  • Orders below the free shipping threshold will incur shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.

  • Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee, based on the selected method.

Delivery Coverage

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • At this time, we do not offer shipping to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam) or P.O. boxes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses during checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. Additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship the package.

Return & Exchange Policy​

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 of delivery.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact us at pleasepleasemeagency@gmail.com, title return with your order number and details of the item(s).

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to the provided address.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We currently do not offer free returns.

  • For international returns, customers are also responsible for duties and taxes associated with the return shipment.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days of receiving the return.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us for exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “final sale” or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Additional Notes

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to resolve the issue.
